About the role
We are looking for an experienced technology leader to head India-based engineering delivery operations for global customers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, large-scale team management experience, and the ability to drive delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering delivery teams of 200-400 members.
- Ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.
- Drive SDLC, Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Automation, and AI/ML practices.
- Manage Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering Leads.
- Oversee delivery governance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
- Manage customer relationships, escalations, and service delivery.
- Drive resource planning, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of software delivery leadership experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing engineering teams of 200-400 members.
- Strong knowledge of software development, technology stacks, and SDLC.
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Automation, and AI/ML.
- Experience handling global customers and complex delivery engagements.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
